SEATTLE - Seattle will have a contender in this year's American Fourth of July tradition in New York.

Competitive eater Sarah Reinecke is set to compete in the annual Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest on Coney Island.

We caught up with her last week over some food ... to talk about competitive eating.
