Russell Wilson has been named to the 2019 Pro Bowl, according to a Seattle Seahawks press release.

The Seahawks quarterback, who originally was a Pro Bowl alternate, will replace Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who is out because of an injury.

"Wilson’s Pro Bowl-worthy season carried several significant milestones, as he became the first quarterback in NFL history to own a winning record in each of his first seven seasons," the Seahawks said in the release.

This will be Wilson's sixth Pro Bowl. He's joined by punter Michael Dickson and linebacker Bobby Wagner.
