RENTON, Wash. -- The Seahawks will look to get their season back on track, after another one-score loss against a divisional foe — who they nearly beat in Week 5.

Seattle (4-4) travels south later this week for a rematch against the Los Angeles Rams (8-1). Penalties and late-game mishaps have hurt the Seahawks in every tight loss this season, including to the Rams a month ago.

That can't happen again if they want to beat one of the best teams in the in Week 5.

You can't give these guys anything," Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll told reporters of the Rams. "You have to take everything, and everything is important — every aspect of it. Their kicking game is really good too, and we have great respect for the way that they put that together with all of the varieties of things that they've done over the past and can do now. There's no room for error."

The Seahawks will face a Rams team Sunday that has bolstered its defensive line since the last meeting. LA traded for former first-round pick, defensive end Dante Fowler Jr., before Week 9.

Carroll addressed Fowler and the need for the Seahawks' secondary to step up this week, the run game and more in previewing the Week 10 match up Wednesday.
