Watch: Seattle-area summer camp kids help build tiny house for homeless village
SEATTLE - Volunteers along with kids at a Seattle-area summer camp came together to help the homeless.
New Story Church, in partnership with the Skyway Boys and Girls Club, runs a skills-based camp once a summer for any child in the community. This year, 50 kids were involved in building a tiny house.
The Low Income Housing Institute will take care of getting the house to the proper tiny house village for a homeless family to live in.
