Study: Computer Users No Longer Wowed By Hardware or Software
SEATTLE -- Most of us couldn't imagine life without computers, but that doesn't mean we're thrilled with the hardware we buy or the software that makes them run.
Consumer satisfaction with personal computers – tablets, laptops and desktops – went down in the new American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report. Personal computers scored 77 out of 100 points, a drop of 1.3 percent.
