Local on California fire: 'I've never seen anything like it, it's a true disaster zone'

SEATTLE, Wash. -- "It was absolutely heartbreaking to go down there and see the devastation that that fire has caused."

Lloyd Pritchett, one our KOMO 4 News web producers, has just returned from his journey to California to assist in covering the horrific wildfires that have evacuated over 38,000 people and destroyed over 1,000 homes. He sat down with KOMO's Elisa Jaffe to share his experience and what he observed for the people who are losing everything.
