SEATTLE -- At least 17 people died in the recent mud slide in Montecito, and many of the victims are people who had just made it through a catastrophic wildfire season full of evacuations. On Friday morning, Tom Hutyler talked with Washington Post Senior National Correspondent Scott Wilson, who he himself grew up in Montecito, California. He describes the idea of "evacuation fatigue".
