Traffic alert: Sink hole in Renton on Rainier Avenue North

RENTON, Wash. - Public Works crews will be working through the night to repair a sinkhole that opened up in Renton on Wednesday.

The approximately 15-feet deep hole opened up in the 900 block of Rainier Ave. North.

A detour around the area has been set up and drivers are being asked to avoid the area.

Crews hope to have the road back open by Thursday morning, but do no have an estimated time for reopening.
