Portland will soon have the world's first dog tap house

Canine competitors filled the Portland Expo Center for the Rose City Classic through the weekend. Over the last six decades, the annual event has grown to be the biggest dog show series in the west. This year it was held from January 17-21 (Tristan Fortsch/KATU News on Jan. 21, 2018)
