SEATTLE - A man suspected of shooting five people at his Maryland workplace was living in the Puget Sound region as recently as 2014, when a warrant was issued for his arrest, court records reveal.

The suspect, identified as 37-year-old Radee Labeeb Prince, was arrested in Delaware after being on the run since the Wednesday morning shooting in Edgewood, Md., which left three people dead and two in critical condition with gunshot wounds to the head.

Prince fled the scene after the shooting and then apparently drove to Delaware, where he is suspected in a later shooting in the city of Wilmington.

King County court records show that Prince listed a Des Moines, Wash., address along South 216th Street in January 2014 when he was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and driving with a suspended license.

Deputies say he rear-ended a woman at the intersection of Southeast Petrovitsky Road and Southeast 176th Street in Renton in January 2014. When the two pulled over to exchange information, court documents state Prince gave the victim a fake name then left the scene when he learned a witness was on the phone with 911.

An arrest warrant was later issued for Prince in March 2014 after he failed to appear for a hearing in connection with the citation. The court records also show that he was required to undergo drug and alcoholism counseling at the time.

Court documents also show that Prince racked up four traffic citations in King County in 2012 and 2013, mostly for speeding. He also listed a Renton address from late 2008 to early 2009.
