Man killed in Seattle forklift accident
SEATTLE -- A man was killed Monday morning in a forklift accident, Seattle Fire officials said.
Firefighter and medics arrived at 26th Ave. East and E. John Street around 10:45 a.m. to find a man pinned underneath a forklift.
Medics pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Officials say the man was a construction delivery driver and was unloading pallets of pavers on a steep incline.
