SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — Two people were arrested and placed in the Snohomish County jail after officials seized more than 10 pounds of drugs on Tuesday morning.
A joint investigation was put forth by Seattle Police Department (SPD) narcotics detectives, agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), along with Homeland Security Investigations.
Narcotics detectives identified two suspects while conducting an investigation of a large supplier of drugs in the northern King County and southern Snohomish County area.
Officials arrested the two people in Everett on Tuesday morning, according to Seattle police.
During their seizure, officials recovered the following:
The street value of the seized drugs is estimated to be more than $200,000, according to officials.
The two suspects, ages 46 and 24, were booked into the Snohomish County jail for investigation of violating the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
