Car plows into front entrance of Bellevue bridal shop
BELLEVUE, Wash. - A car plowed into a Bellevue bridal shop Friday afternoon, caving in the front entrance.
The incident unfolded around 1:30 p.m. at the Bridal Palace Bellevue off 156th Avenue NE.
No one was injured, and the driver showed no signs of impairment, said Seth Tyler of the Bellevue police.
He said the car didn't stop, jumped the curb and crashed into the shop.
A witness at the scene tells KOMO News that the driver of the car hit the gas pedal instead of the brake, but Tyler said police have not yet confirmed the exact cause of the crash.
