Blue Angels thunder into Seattle Monday morning
The Blue Angels thundered into Seattle on Monday morning.
The Navy's aerobatic team arrived at Boeing Field at about 10:30 a.m. to prepare for the weekend Boeing Seafair Air Show over Lake Washington.
This year's shows not only feature the Blue Angels, but an A10 Jet,an A-10 Thunderbolt Warthog, a P-51 Mustang Warbird, Mike Wiskus Aerobatic Stunt Plane, Brad Wuersten Aerobatic Stunt Plane, a PBY Catalina also known as the American flying boat, the Port Angeles US Coast Guard MH-65 Dolphin helicopter and more.
Seafair has been a Seattle tradition since 1950.

The high rises on each end of the bridge will be open to pedestrians for the shows.
