SEATTLE - Amazon is hosting former FBI Director James Comey on his book tour on Monday.
The appearance brings together two elements that President Trump is not fond of - the FBI director he fired last year and the company he accuses of costing the U.S. Postal Service millions of dollars.
Comey has already given one speech in Seattle. His first audience came in a sold-out crowd at Seattle University on Sunday night.
The former FBI official is plugging his newly released book, "A Higher Loyalty."
Amazon employees will get a chance to hear Comey as part of the company's series of chats hosting authors, musicians, actors and other public officials - exclusively for employees.
There's no word yet if Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos will be here. But if he does attend - that would put two people President Trump dislikes - in the same place together.
The president fired Comey last year and has now directed an investigation into the deal Amazon has with the U.S. Postal Service.
The president has spent months criticizing Amazon for a number of perceived ills, including underpaying taxes and exploiting the U.S. Postal Service. Trump has also been firing shots at Comey, calling him a liar and a showboat.
