Rep. Kilmer calls tax bill 'missed opportunity'

U.S. Rep. Derek Kilmer, D-Wash., says the tax reform bill that passed Congress is "an enormous missed opportunity."

In an interview, Kilmer said there is a need for tax reform that helps small businesses and middle class families.

But he contends that the new law will end up costing many middle class families more in taxes, increase the deficit and benefit the richest Americans.
