Satellite imagery shows just how the "West" Coast has become the "Wet" coast in February

As Seattle hovers around its third-wettest February on record, it's been even rainier in California as a potent jet stream has relentlessly steered strong storms up and down the West Coast.

NASA's Scientific Visualization Studio went back and compiled a satellite loop that spans the first 20 days of February, showing the atmospheric rivers that have been bringing the rain to the West Coast.
