Extreme heat prompts MLS to move Sounders game in Portland to nighttime

SEATTLE -- It might reach 95 degrees in Portland on Sunday,

That makes it a good time to seek shade and your neighbor's pool.

But not playing soccer.

The match between the Seattle Sounders against the Portland Timbers has been moved to 7:30 p.m. because of the heat. It had been scheduled for 1 p.m. It will be on ESPN2 with pregame beginning at 7 p.m.
