Equifax Data Breach Was Huge
SEATTLE -- Equifax is blaming an unspecified "website application vulnerability" for allowing hackers to break into its files and steal personal information, including the Social Security numbers of 143-million Americans. All of these people are now potentially vulnerable to identity theft. The heist took place this summer, but we just learned about it on Thursday.
