Customer Satisfaction with Banks at All-Time High
SEATTLE -- This may come as a surprise to some, but bankers are doing a good job of keeping their customers satisfied. The latest report from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) released on Tuesday, finds that the banking industry has greatly improved its customer service. Credit Unions also did well. The new report shows satisfaction with health insurance companies is also up since last year.
