Consumer Reports Won’t Recommend Microsoft Laptops and Tablets

SEATTLE -- Consumer Reports announced on Thursday that it will no longer recommend Microsoft Surface laptops and tablets and the magazine is removing it's "recommended” designation from four Microsoft laptops.

On the KOMO Midday News (weekdays 1-3pm), Consumer Reports electronics editor Jerry Bellinson said it all has to do with reliability problems. Microsoft takes issue with that. (Click the picture above to hear the audio).
