Woman found stabbed in face in South Seattle
SEATTLE -- A 38-year-old woman was found stabbed in the face early Friday morning in the Rainier Valley, according to the Seattle Police Department.
A passerby found the woman sitting on the sidewalk in the 7400 block of Rainier Avenue South around 5 a.m. and called 911. Officers arrived to find the woman with stab wounds to the face and stomach.
The woman told officers she was stabbed by a woman she didn't know but would not tell them anything else, according to police.
She was taken to Harborview Medical Center, where her condition is currently unknown.
