Two arrested in Eastlake shooting that left 1 dead, 1 wounded

SEATTLE (AP) - Police say they've arrested two men in a fatal shooting early Monday in Seattle's Eastlake neighborhood.

A man in his 20s was killed and another man was wounded.

On their website, police say officers stopped a vehicle matching a description of one sought in the case and arrested the two men inside. Those men - also in their 20s - have been booked into the King County Jail for investigation of murder.

Officers also recovered a gun.

Police say the shooting unfolded this way: three men were in a car that stopped shortly after midnight in an alley behind a market. Two waited in the car while one went inside.

Police say a person walked up to the car and fired several shots. One of the men in the car died at the scene. The second is being treated at Harborview Medical Center and is expected to recover.
