Police: Man shot, killed in downtown apartment; one arrested

SEATTLE -- One suspect has been arrested after a man was shot and killed Thursday morning in a downtown apartment complex for homeless individuals.

According to the Seattle Police Department, two men were arguing at the Glen Hotel, a Low Income Housing Institute building, at 1413 Third Avenue around 10 a.m. when one shot the other in the stomach.

According to the Seattle Fire Department, the victim was a man in his 40s. He was unconscious and receiving CPR while being transported to Harborview Medical Center and later died of his injuries.

One person has been arrested in connection with the shooting, according to the Seattle Police Department. The suspect was reportedly involved in a shooting two months ago.
