Police: Man on loose after attacking people in Seattle home
SEATTLE -- A man armed with a knife who attacked multiple people inside a Green Lake home early Sunday morning is still on the loose, according to the Seattle Police Department.
According to police, the man entered a house in the 1100 block of North 82nd Street through an unlocked back door around 3:25 a.m.
The man initially grabbed a woman in the downstairs furnace room, according to police. But, when she screamed he reportedly ran upstairs and confronted two men playing video games.
According to police, the man took out a knife and demanded property from the video-game players. One of the victims rushed at the man, got cut and ran out the back door.
The man then demanded the other victim's property before taking off out the door in pursuit of the first victim, according to police.
Officers found the cut victim a few blocks away and took him to Northwest Hospital. But, they were unable to find the intruder.
