Police looking for shooter who fired at car on I-5 in Fife
FIFE, Wash. -- The Fife Police Department is looking for a shooter who opened fire at a 20-year-old woman's car Sunday afternoon on I-5.
According to police, the victim was driving northbound in the far left lane of I-5 between Port of Tacoma Road and 54th Avenue East around 2 p.m. when she heard a number of gunshots and what she believed where bullets hitting her car.
The victim drove to Renton, where she called police. Officers arrived to find six bullet holes in the passenger side of her car, according to police.
The victim told police she didn't see who was shooting at her.
Detectives are currently investigating the shooting and looking for witnesses.
