Woman arrested after man shot to death in West Seattle, police seek second suspect
SEATTLE - A 21-year-old woman was arrested Wednesday morning in Burien for investigation of murder after a man was shot to death Tuesday night in West Seattle, according to the Seattle Police Department.
Investigators do not believe the shooting was a random act and detectives are still seeking a second suspect, according to a news release.
On Tuesday, officers were called to an area in the 8100 block of 31st Avenue Southwest near Elmgrove Road just before 7 p.m. for reports of shots fired.
They also said a UPS driver found a man lying in the street and called 911.
When medics arrived they attempted to perform CPR, but were unable to save the man. He died at the scene. The identity of the man is unclear.
Witnesses told police it started out as some sort of confrontation in the middle of the road.
