King County authorities say a toxicology report is pending for the May 16 crash in the 3400 block of East Lake Sammamish Shore Lane SE.
The initial report filed by investigators after the crash stated the woman's breath strongly smelled of "alcohol intoxicants." The report also says the woman declined a voluntary sobriety test, instead opting to contact an attorney.
Authorities say the woman was in a white Jeep SUV with her 2-year-old grandson on her lap when the vehicle crashed through the house last Friday.
The impact killed her 70-year-old husband and injured her son-in-law and her 34-year-old daughter. The son-in-law died Monday. The daughter remains hospitalized and the grandson was not injured.
The woman is being investigated for vehicular homicide, but has been released from jail and has not been charged.
