TACOMA, Wash. - Picketers protested outside the Pierce City Building Friday afternoon.

The demonstration started at 1 p.m. and should end around 3 p.m., organizers say.

The picket is to support the Super 6, a group of anti-fracking protesters arrested earlier this year for demonstrating against a proposed liquid natural gas plant in the Port of Tacoma.

The picketers are calling for all charges against the anti-fracking protesters to be dropped.

Around 30 people say they plan to attend the the protest, according to the organization's Facebook page.
