CENTRALIA, Wash. -- The Centralia Police Department is warning about counterfeit $100 bills, which have been passed at several local businesses.

Police say the bills have appear to be Asian symbols printed on them in red or pink ink.

Police say they have reports of only fake $100 bills, but said other counterfeit denominations might be circulating as well.

Police urge merchants to inspect bills. If they look counterfeit, call Detective Patty Finch at the Centralia Police Department.
