Gas prices up 25 cents in a month

BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) - The AAA auto club reports the average price of gasoline in Washington is $3.81.

That's 2 cents higher than a week ago and 25 cents higher than a month ago. It's 11 cents higher than the national average, which has dropped a nickel in a week.
