Fire that destroyed Lynnwood restaurant was arson

LYNNWOOD, Wash. -- Investigators say a fire that caused $400,000 damage to a restaurant near Lynnwood was intentionally set.

There's a $10,000 reward from the Arson Alarm Foundation for information that convicts the person responsible for starting the Sunday night fire at the LaTaqueria Mexicana restaurant.

Snohomish County Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes said the restaurant was closed when the fire was set and no one was inside.

The Snohomish County fire marshal's office is leading the investigation.
