Greg Summers is accused of inappropriately touching at least three female patients, according to the Washington Department of Health, which suspended his license to practice in Washington.
Two female patients claimed Summers told them they would benefit from "intravaginal massage," according to the Department of Health.
He's also accused of changing the medical records of another patient after she filed a complaint against him for allegedly touching her breasts during treatment.
Federal Way police had investigated Summers in 2010, but closed the case after evidence was found to be "legally insufficient." After learning his license had been suspended, the alleged victim from the 2010 case contacted police and detectives decided to reopen the case.
