OLYMPIA, Wash. -- Know any newborns named Emma or Liam? Odds are relatively decent as they have topped the charts for most popular baby names in Washington for 2016.

It's a return to the top for both names. Both Liam and Emma were tops in 2014, but were knocked to No. 2 by Oliver and Olivia in 2015.

For boys, four of the top 5 names from 2015 remain: Liam, Benjamin, Oliver, James and Noah. Only James is new to the Top 5 this year, rising from No. 10 last year. It replaces Henry, which dropped from No. 5 to No. 7. Owen was the largest mover in the Top 25, going from No. 17 to No. 11 and Lincoln joins the Top 25 at No. 21, up from No. 37. On the other hand, Logan dropped from No. 8 to No. 15.

On the girls side, the Top 5 is mostly unchanged from last year -- just Emma and Olivia swapping the top two spots. Sophia, Evelyn, and Ava round out the top five in the same order as last year. The Top 25 names are reasonably similar to last year, with Elenanor making the jump from 37th to 15th.
