Ore. man sought in fatal shooting outside White Center bar

WHITE CENTER, Wash. - The King County Sheriff's Office is hoping the public can help them locate a murder suspect.
Deputies say Billy D. Williams is suspected of shooting and killing a man in White Center earlier this month. According to investigators, the victim, James Little, approached a group involved in a fight outside a bar and was shot in the head.
Detectives believe Williams, an Oregon man, pulled the trigger. Williams is 30 years old and 5 feet, 8 inches tall, authorities say.
Little, also 30, is a Seattle resident and was reportedly attending a birthday party at the bar, in the 9800 block of 16th Avenue Southwest.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward.
The Sheriff's Office is asking anyone who sees him to call 911.
