Average gas price drops below $4

BELLEVUE, Wash. (AP) - The AAA auto club reports the average price of a gallon of gasoline in Washington has dropped below $4 a gallon to $3.98.

That's a decline of 18 cents in a week and 26 cents in a month. The price in Washington is 47 cents higher than the national average.
