SHORELINE, Wash. -- A man was taken to the hospital Saturday afternoon after a tree branch fell and pinched his arm while he was trimming a tree at 190th and 15th Avenue Northwest in Shoreline, according to Shoreline Fire.

The man was reportedly about 40 feet up and couldn't move or get down because his arm was stuck.

Seattle City Light assisted in getting the man down. He was then taken to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition.

Shoreline Fire says the man lost consciousness while in the tree and was unconscious on the way to the hospital.
