Veterans Day Parade honors military members in Auburn
AUBURN, Wash. -- The city of Auburn honored our country's veterans and active military members with a large parade Saturday morning.
It was one of the largest parades dedicated to veteran's in the United States, and was held on Main Street.
The 2016 parade paid special tribute to the United States submarine veterans by showcasing them at the front of the parade.
Hundreds of people lined the streets and celebrated veterans during the hours-long parade.
At least 30 different bands marched in the parade, filling the streets with music.
There was over 200 entries, and nearly 6,000 participants.
Along with floats and marching bands, onlookers also enjoyed watching a military flyover.
