Woman dies after collision on I-5 in Seattle
SEATTLE -- The female driver of a vehicle involved in a two-car collision on Interstate 5 in Seattle died Friday night at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, according to Washington State Patrol trooper Rick Johnson.
The crash reportedly happened about 9:15 p.m. Friday on northbound I-5 near the Michigan Street exit.
Witnesses said that the car the woman was driving lost control and crossed several lanes as it approached the Michigan Street exit. The car was then reportedly T-boned by another car.
A 60-year-old man was transported to Harborview in stable condition, Johnson said.
State Patrol is investigating.
