All the glitters is gold at Seattle Goodwill's annual Glitter Sale on Nov. 10-11.
Doors to this popular sale open at 9 a.m. and admission is free. Get in line for designer, vintage, and unique one-of-a-kind items. Designer pieces include Burberry, DVF, Jimmy Choo, Marc Jacobs, Betsy Johnson, Coach, Michael Kors and more.
"This year we are doing something new on Saturday to reduce the time in line for our customers," said Cindi Forslund, Vice President of Retail for Goodwill. "Each person in line will receive a lanyard with a number and then they will be free to shop the store, grab a cup of coffee or just move about until their number is called for entry into the sale."
Pre-printed numbers are needed to view the jewelry and these are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Once numbers 1-300 have been called, there will be an open call announcement for jewelry. The lanyards will also be the jewelry numbers on Saturday.
Racks will be restocked throughout the weekend.
This year Glitter Sale posts, previewing jewelry, accessories and other glam attire, will appear on Goodwill's blog, Cup of Goodwill. Individuals can sign up to receive blog posts at www.seattlegoodwill.org/blog
All the sales from the Glitter Sale benefit Goodwill's job training and education programs.
Goodwill's Glitter Sale takes place at 1400 S. Lane St. in Seattle.
