The episode will air on ESPN at 4 p.m. PDT Tuesday, the day after Lynch and the Seahawks face the Rams on "Monday Night Football" in St. Louis.
Judging by the trailer (embedded below), the "E:60 episode takes a look at Lynch's difficult childhood in Oakland, getting caught up in the thug life, the mistakes he made when he started his NFL career, and his advice for up-and-coming athletes facing similar situations.
The program should also give Seahawks fans a rare glimpse into the life of a very private football star who rarely talks to media. Lynch may seem like one of the quieter guys in the Seahawks locker room, but as head coach Pete Carroll said last week, Lynch is a "tremendously inspirational football player on our football team."
As Lynch's former high-school football coach, Delton Edwards, told ESPN: "It's hard to get inside that zone with him. If you can get in that little zone and that little shell, you're good, he'll love you for the rest of your life. But, if you let him down, he holds grudges."
