Earning airline miles will now get easier at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport thanks to a new rewards program that allows travelers to earn airline miles for purchases from shopping, dining, and even parking at the airport.
Merchant Miles will click with concessionaires, ParkSmart will pave the way for parking while Thanks Again will provide the opportunity for collecting miles around the country.
"A loyalty program like this is something our customers can take advantage of for things they already purchase," said Mark Reis, Sea-Tac Airport Managing Director. "In addition, this can be used in more than 160 airports nationwide."
Travelers will earn one mile for every dollar spent and can choose from several major airline mileage programs, including Alaska Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, US Airways, and United Airlines.
The program starts when you arrive and park in the airport's ParkSmart garage and continues when you make a purchase at any of the airport merchants.
