Driver seriously injured in crash on Seattle's Lake City Way

SEATTLE -- A 63-year-old driver was hospitalized Thursday afternoon with serious injuries stemming from a crash along Lake City Way in Seattle.

The trail of debris suggests the car came from a public storage parking lot across the street, crashed over a retaining wall, and crossed all lanes of traffic before rolling and stopping near NE 110th.

The driver was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle with serious injuries. Nobody else was hurt.

Police are still looking into what caused the crash.
