For a 9-inch double-crust or lattice-top pie.
6 cups cranberries
1tbl lemon juice
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 tbl flour
1 tbl tapioca
splash of pear brandy.
We'll leave the crust part up to you. Choose your favorite recipe!
Mix the filling ingredients.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Bake assembled pie for 20 minutes.
Lower oven temperature to 375 degrees.
Bake for an additional 40 minutes.
