The woman walked into her home, located in the 14800 block of Ok Mill Road, at around 2 p.m. and found a burglar inside, according to Shari Ireton with the Snohomish County sheriff's office.
Ireton said the burglar tied the woman to her own toilet before driving away in her 2011 Ford Escape. After spending roughly an hour on the toilet, the homeowner was able to free herself and call 911.
She wasn't injured and declined medical aid, Ireton said.
Deputies are now looking for a man with dark hair who stands roughly 5'9" tall and weighs about 170 pounds. The burglar is thought to be in his 30s.
