Bothell woman pleads guilty in mother's beating death

EVERETT, Wash. (AP) - A Bothell woman pleaded guilty Thursday to second-degree murder for her mother's beating death.

Terie Davidson says she doesn't remember the killing but admits there is enough evidence to convict her.

The Daily Herald reports the 43-year-old faces 10 to 20 years in prison when she is sentenced Nov. 25 in Everett.

Davidson called 911 in October of 2012 asking for psychiatric help. Officers found 81-year-old Lila Donaldson dying of a head wound. She had been struck with a heavy glass mug.
