A car chase was filmed on Fourth Avenue over the weekend -- but for what?

One savvy Seattle Redditor caught this car chase scene being filmed near the Central Library over the weekend -- but what is it for?

According to the information that the video's cameraman collected, the scene was either for a "a commercial, corporate video or stunt." Of course, it's not an uncommon practice for film crews of major motion pictures to tell little white lies to keep a crowd from gathering around a location. And the car, which is an Aston Martin, has decidedly Bond-esque ties.

A search of the City's weekend traffic advisories didn't bring up any road closures for this reason, either. We've placed a call with the City to see if any additional information was available.

So what's it for? We're not really sure! Let us know if you have any information.
